Thank you for choosing ManyZen for your acupressure socks. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.
1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging intact.
- Any labels or instructions must be kept and included in the return.
- Items on sale or on sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
2. Return procedure
- Email our customer service at contact@manyzen.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photos if necessary
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the return.
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
- If after 10 business days you do not see the refund, please contact your bank or our customer service at contact@manyzen.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at contact@manyzen.com within 7 days of receipt.
5. Exceptions
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn or washed.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
